At ATYORA's Cultural Dinner, employees are guests: the host prepares the food, and the team can optionally join the finishing steps. The evening can be hosted in German, English or both, so international teams can take part whatever their first language. How the Dinner Is Organised
ATYORA brings one host and one team of roughly 8–25 people together in a licensed partner event kitchen in the company's own city. The host shares the story behind the menu at the table, and open conversation follows. Persian cuisine is one of the first menus, with dozens of menus from other countries joining soon. The host, menu, ingredients, venue and logistics are all arranged in advance, so HR only has to book.
